The current films could be updated now; Adox have their 'Color Implosion' film, and CHS100 II is now for sale in some sizes. However, I don't know the insider stuff; I didn't know the Pan 400 stuff was Agfa, for instance. Is the Pan 100 mentioned here the same stuff that is now being called CHS100 II? --Dustin McAmera (talk) 05:50, 8 September 2013 (PDT)

IRC reading an APUG? thread, the CHS100 II is a modification of the original CHS100 that was previously made at Fotokemika in Croatia. This CHS100 II is manufacture in Adox's own factory.

The Adox Pan films were modifications of the Agfa APX film, made jointly by former agfa folks. iirc only the 400 was publicly tested and the product was deemed unsatisfactory. Looks like reworking CHS100 was easier than doing a AdoxPan 100.

To me it seems initially the plan was to create the Art series film as a more traditional silver grain film, while the others were more modern.

I removed references to pan 100, since they were referring to a 100 speed film on their pan 400 area I assumed they mean pan 100 instead of the new CHS100. Pan 400 has not been widely released, and not really 100% agfa apx 400 but a updated version as components and materials are often no longer available or allowed to be used, reformulation updates are necessary.--Tkmedia (talk) 22:27, 8 September 2013 (PDT)

Thanks for that! --Dustin McAmera (talk) 02:35, 9 September 2013 (PDT)

I updated the Agfa page, mentioning the other newer emulsion APX100/400 films.. confused?:) --Tkmedia (talk) 10:30, 18 September 2013 (PDT)
